LuN3yDaV3 / @lynxvex For me, any form of dairy causes a kabreout whether its a small portion or large. It's some form of sensitivity to the protein or hormones in the dairy that causes the skin to react to it in the form of redness and acne. I now drink almond milk and only use oil based butter. Avoid anything that is derived from milk (creams, whey, casein, and yes ice cream).

Should I use a tanning bed? If not, what's the BEST FAKE TAN?I have very pale skin, one of the wihtest shades you could get! I have tried a few fake tans in the past such as Johnson's Holiday Skin and Garnier, however the Garnier bronzer' turned out slightly orange and soaked into my pours, but that was probably due to how I put it on; my friends and I were messing around with it. I would completely rule out Johnson's as it turned my skin orange and started to peel off like dead skin disgusting! I heard the bronzer is good as it doesn't make you orange. I'm considering St Tropez but I'm not sure whether St Tropez is worth trying as there's mixed reviews about it some people look orange, however I've heard it being praised for its good quality and lack or orangey results. I haven't looked into Fake Bake, have any of you out there tried it? Is it good? My last resort is tanning beds I'm still very apprehensive though! Some pointers: * I have very, very pale skin. I don't have any freckles, but I live in England and it's hard to get sun over here! * I'm 15, so I probably shouldn't use a tanning bed so young. However, have you tried a product that can or has reduced the adverse effects of a tanning bed?* I need a tan for prom. I have officially left school today, and prom is mid July.Thankyou!xxx
